How to help conceal the testicles

Cryptorchidism is an adverse symptom that affects men's physical and mental health. Men need to choose the right medical treatment. Cryptorchidism usually descends into the scrotum about 3 months after birth, and will appear in half a year at the latest. Therefore, patients with cryptorchidism can choose hormone therapy or open surgery. However, it is important to check the location of cryptorchidism when men have symptoms of cryptorchidism.

In real life, the appearance of this adverse symptom of cryptorchidism will bring serious harm to the physical and mental health of the child, and bring serious mental distress to the parents. It must be dealt with as soon as possible, otherwise it may affect the child's reproductive function. So, how can cryptorchidism be made to go down automatically? Let us find out below!

Generally, the testicles of male infants can descend into the scrotum within 3 months after birth, and no later than 6 months. If the scrotum of the child is still empty, active treatment is required, including:

1. Hormone therapy

When the child is between six months and one year old, some hormone treatment can be given to the child first;

2. Surgical treatment

If the effect of hormone therapy is poor, then open surgery or minimally invasive surgery can be used to lower the patient's testicles into the scrotum. If the testicles are atrophied or dysfunctional, they need to be removed surgically, and the surgery should be performed no later than two years old.

Analysis of the causes of hidden testicles in men:

1. Endocrine

If the patient's testicles are underdeveloped, they will be insensitive to gonadotropins, resulting in cryptorchidism. Also, when the testicles descend, if the gonadotropin concentration in the mother is too low, the testicles will stagnate, resulting in cryptorchidism.

2. Genetics

Generally speaking, cryptorchidism has a genetic factor. If cryptorchidism has occurred in a direct blood relative, it is very likely that cryptorchidism will also occur in the younger generations of the family.

3. Anatomical factors

Generally speaking, if the testicular frenulum is short during the fetal period, the testicles will not descend completely, thus inducing the occurrence of cryptorchidism. If adhesions occur in the testicular mesentery and peritoneum, the testicles will not be able to descend normally. In addition, if the blood vessels of the testicles develop abnormally, the testicles will not be able to fall into the scrotum due to the traction from above.
