What is the cause of men's pus discharge?

Men's vaginal discharge is mainly a symptom of vulvitis. Vulvitis can cause urethral discomfort, urgency and frequency of urination, and can also cause penile erection and blood in the urine. Therefore, when men have vaginal discharge, they should pay attention to penile hygiene, take antibiotics for treatment, avoid wearing tight underwear, and learn how to deal with men's vaginal discharge.

Why does pus discharge from the inside to the outside of the penis? And why does the penis have painful erections at night?

At first, you will suddenly feel discomfort in your urethra, urgency and frequency of urination, and want to urinate again after just finishing urination. Then you will feel pain in your urethra when urinating, especially the urethral opening will be red, swollen, itchy and stinging. The urethra will gradually flow out of yellowish-white or milky-white turbid mucus and purulent secretions, sometimes with blood. You may have painful penile erections at night.

Penile purulent discharge may be fungal glansitis. The affected area will have erythema, swelling, fever, ulceration, exudation, and in severe cases, blisters and pustules may appear. Penile purulent discharge will cause burning and pain. In severe cases, patients will have fever, general weakness and other discomforts. If male fungal glansitis is not cured for a long time, the glans and foreskin will adhere to each other, forming secondary phimosis, and even leading to stenosis of the external urethral opening.

Trichomonas infection can also cause penile purulent discharge. It is usually caused by a spouse suffering from vaginal trichomoniasis. The symptoms are mild, mainly manifested as erythematous papules and small blisters on the glans. The borders are clear and the scope gradually expands. Patients often feel itchy. Trichomonas can be found in the secretions. In addition, there are some cases of glansitis whose causes are unclear, but excessive foreskin and smegma irritation are often related to the occurrence of glansitis. Therefore, men should also wash their lower body frequently, keep the area clean, avoid irritation, and seek timely treatment if penile purulent discharge occurs.

Generally speaking, penile purulent discharge can cause infection of the reproductive system, resulting in fungal urethritis or fungal glansitis. The treatment of male fungus is mainly aimed at these two diseases. Fungal glansitis is more common in young men between the ages of 20 and 50. Due to the vigorous secretion of sebaceous glands in young men, penile purulent discharge, damp vulva, wearing thicker underwear or insufficient cleaning of the vulva, male fungus treatment should also develop a healthy lifestyle. This is the only way to completely eliminate male fungus.

Syphilis can also cause penile purulent discharge, but usually after the formation of the chancre, a white fused surface will appear on the glans and the glans will become edematous. It is different from the general infectious balanitis, in which the entire glans becomes red and swollen, has a foul odor and discharges. If it is suspected to be caused by Treponema pallidum, a blood test can be done to check the syphilis serological reaction and agglutination test to distinguish between syphilis and general bacterial or other infectious balanitis.

The above are the causes of penile discharge. If a man has penile discharge, it is best not to take medicine at random, but to go to the hospital for a comprehensive examination, pay attention to your eating habits, avoid spicy food, and follow the doctor's instructions.
