How do you get prostatitis?

The prostate is a male-specific organ. Its main function is to secrete prostatic fluid to help men produce normal sperm. It is an organ closely related to fertility. In addition, it also helps urination and transports waste and impurities from the human body. The most common disease related to the prostate is prostatitis. Many men do not know the cause of prostatitis when they suffer from it. So, how do men get prostatitis?

There are many causes of prostatitis. Mental tension, excessive stress, urinary tract infection, long-term sitting, perineum moisture, excessive drinking, long-term sitting, frequent sexual intercourse, unclean sexual intercourse, masturbation, etc. can cause prostate congestion and induce prostatitis.

Why do you get prostatitis?

1. Unable to urinate in time and have the habit of holding urine: Holding urine frequently will increase the pressure in the bladder, causing urine to reflux into the kidneys, which can easily cause pyelureteritis. In addition, holding urine frequently will also thin the bladder wall, which can easily cause chronic bladder inflammation. Since the bladder is adjacent to the prostate, inflammation can gradually spread to the prostate, causing chronic inflammation of the prostate.

2. Failure to develop a good sexual behavior: Many men have the habit of masturbation. Experts point out that frequent masturbation and excessive indulgence in sex can lead to widespread and persistent congestion of the prostate. Congestion is a major feature of inflammation. Along with congestion, various symptoms of chronic prostatitis appear, such as fatigue, mental depression, frequent spermatorrhea, back pain, dripping urination, feeling that the urine is not completely drained after urination, and thin watery secretions or thicker milky white fluid sticking to the urethra.

3. Caused by excessive foreskin: smegma can cause balanitis, urethritis, etc. The bacteria infected in these places will retrogradely infect the urethra and ejaculatory duct that are open from time to time, invade the prostate, and cause prostatitis.
