First of all, it will cause muscle strain, and excessive exercise will cause insomnia and sore hands and feet.

What are the disadvantages of excessive fitness?

1. Severe insomnia

In fact, if we exercise properly, not only will we not suffer from insomnia, but it will improve our sleep and allow us to sleep longer. However, if we exercise excessively, it is likely to cause us severe insomnia and make us unable to fall asleep. This will cause our body to not have enough time to repair. If we exercise with heavy weights, it is likely to cause physical damage.

2. Decreased muscle strength

Fitness can make us stronger and increase our muscle strength, but if we overdo it, our muscles will be seriously damaged. If the muscles are not repaired in time, it is likely to cause our muscle strength to decrease. Once muscle strength decreases, it is fatal for those of us who exercise. It is likely to cause us to lack strength during exercise and cause serious injuries.

3. Decreased appetite

We all know that fitness sometimes depends on exercise, and sometimes it depends on eating. If our appetite decreases, it is very likely that we will have no appetite and cannot eat. At this time, it is easy to cause our body to not get enough nutrition, because muscle repair depends entirely on nutrients from the outside world. If the nutrition intake is insufficient, it is very likely to cause difficulty in muscle repair and cause our physical fitness to decline!

4. Emotional abnormality

Generally speaking, as long as we exercise reasonably and regularly, we will gradually fall in love with fitness. But when we exercise excessively, our emotions will become abnormal, we will get angry easily, lose control of our emotions, and we will also hate fitness.

5. Endocrine disorders

When we exercise excessively, it is very likely to cause endocrine disorders in our body. Once endocrine disorders occur, it is very likely that toxins in our body cannot be discharged, which will cause our skin to deteriorate, lose luster, become oily, and develop acne.
