Turtle headache with white discharge

Turtle headache with white discharge

The glans of a normal male should be smooth, but slightly damp and without any secretions. However, if a male finds that the secretions at the urethral opening have increased recently, and his underwear always feels wet and uncomfortable, this is most likely due to a genital infection, which leads to secretions in the urethral opening. Most of these may be caused by prostatitis, urethral infection, or glansitis.

What is the cause of discharge from male urethra?

If you have symptoms of increased discharge from the urethra, it is likely that you have a reproductive infectious disease. The main causes of discharge from the urethra are as follows:

1. It can be caused by prostatitis: Prostatitis is a common disease in men, which refers to acute and chronic inflammation caused by specific and non-specific infection of the prostate, which causes systemic or local symptoms. The main symptoms of prostatitis are as follows: white secretions in the urethra, accompanied by frequent urination or constant urge to urinate, mild urinary pain, pain in the urethral opening, and occasional white mucus overflowing from the urethra. Pain in the lower abdomen; pain or discomfort in the genitals or testicles, dampness in the perineum, and abnormal sexual function. Urinary discomfort may cause bladder irritation, such as frequent urination, burning and pain in the urethra during urination, and radiation to the head of the penis. There may be secretions such as mucus at the urethral opening in the early morning, and there may also be a feeling of difficulty in urination. Local symptoms include bloating and discomfort in the posterior urethra, perineum and anus, which is aggravated by squatting, defecation and sitting on a chair for a long time.

2. It can be caused by non-gonococcal urethritis: Non-gonococcal urethritis is a common urethral infection in men. The main route of transmission is through sexual intercourse, so it is also a sexually transmitted disease. Its pathogens include bacteria, chlamydia, mycoplasma, trichomonas and herpes simplex virus. The typical symptoms of non-gonococcal urethritis are increased urethral secretions, urinary pain, and urethral itching.

3. It can be caused by fungal glansitis: The affected part of fungal glansitis will have erythema, swelling, fever, ulceration, exudation, and in severe cases, blisters and pustules may appear, and the penis will have pus. The patient will feel burning and pain. In severe cases, the patient will have fever, general weakness and other discomforts. If the male fungal glansitis is not cured for a long time, the glans and foreskin will adhere to each other, forming secondary phimosis, and even leading to stenosis of the external urethral opening.

4. It can be caused by trichomonas infection: Trichomonas infection is often caused by a spouse suffering from vaginal trichomoniasis. The symptoms are mild, mainly manifested as erythematous papules and small blisters on the glans. The boundaries are clear and the scope gradually expands. Patients often feel itchy. Trichomonas can be found in the secretions.

5. It can be caused by non-gonococcal urethritis and gonorrhea: non-gonococcal urethritis must be distinguished from gonorrhea. In clinical practice, in addition to the longer incubation period of non-gonococcal urethritis than gonorrhea, in clinical experience, the course of the disease is longer, and the symptoms disappear naturally more slowly than gonorrhea without treatment, and a low degree of urethritis symptoms can be maintained for a long period of time. The symptoms of male non-gonococcal urethritis are milder than those of gonorrhea, and the onset is not as acute as that of gonorrhea. The symptoms are delayed and sometimes mild and sometimes severe. Both non-gonococcal and gonorrhea patients have itching or burning sensations in the urethra, occasionally stinging, and secretions at the urethral opening, but the secretions of non-gonococcal urethritis are thinner than those of gonorrhea, and are clear and thin watery mucous or light yellow mucosal purulent, and the amount of secretions of non-gonococcal urethritis is also less than that of gonorrhea. Difficulty in urination is not as serious as that of gonorrhea. Non-gonococcal patients only secrete a small amount of secretions when they have not urinated for a long time or before urinating for the first time in the morning. Sometimes it only manifests as a scab blocking the urethral opening in the morning (it is sticky and is called a sticky opening. The scab is easily washed away by urine.) or the crotch is contaminated with secretions attached.
