4. Low back pain caused by lumbar muscle strain

Another cause of low back pain is waist strain, which is often caused by weight-bearing on the waist.

5. Back pain caused by a hard mattress

From a health perspective, it is not recommended that you sleep on a bed that is too soft, but if the bed is too hard it will also affect the health of your waist, because the lumbar spine has a normal curvature. If you sleep on a hard bed for a long time, the lumbar spine will become straight, destroying the mechanical balance of the lumbar spine, and causing the muscles to be in a tense state for a long time, which will cause back pain when the waist moves.
