What to use to clean the glans

For men, the health of male sexual organs and female gynecology are very important. Many female friends can clean their private parts every day. In fact, for male friends, they should also clean their glans every day, because the glans is a very sensitive part, and the foreskin is very easy to hide those bacteria. So what is the best way to clean the glans?

First of all, you must clean it every day, because smegma is produced every moment, so you must clean it every day. Don’t wait until the smegma accumulates a lot before cleaning it, as this is not good.

Secondly, when cleaning, it depends on the situation. If there is not much smegma, turn it up, soak the glans in water and rub it clean with your hands. If there is a lot of smegma and it is difficult to clean, soak the glans in water for a while, and then rub it clean again when it is easy to clean.

For the final cleaning, use warm water without anything else. At most, use diluted bath gel when taking a bath.

Warm reminder: You should know that the care of the foreskin is actually very simple. You only need to wash it with clean warm water. However, if you often use soap and care lotion, it will cause inflammation and infection of the urinary system. This is because there is a layer of mucus and mucous membrane on the surface of the glans to protect the glans, and soap and care lotion will destroy this layer of mucous membrane, thereby causing inflammation of the foreskin and glans.

About the treatment of foreskin is too long:

Boys have physiological foreskin that is too long since childhood. Most boys will naturally retract their foreskin as their penis grows naturally. However, the power of nature is limited, and it is difficult for all boys to retract their foreskin to a more ideal state, leaving some boys with some regrets. According to statistics, the incidence of foreskin being too long among boys when they reach adulthood is 48.97%.

From an anatomical point of view, the foreskin is like a "leather coat" worn on the penis. On the glans penis, the foreskin forms a double layer of wrinkles, just like a "sandwich skin fold". The inner layer of skin is called the inner plate, and the outer layer of skin is called the foreskin. The two layers of skin wrap around the glans penis and form a small opening at the end, called the foreskin opening. The glans penis and the urethra opening are hidden in the foreskin opening. If the foreskin opening is too small, the foreskin cannot be turned up, which is medically called phimosis. The incidence of phimosis is 6.31%.

In childhood, the inner plate of the foreskin has a layer of epithelial cells that adhere to the glans. The foreskin and the glans are like a whole. If the foreskin is forcibly peeled off from the glans, it will cause discomfort or pain. In childhood, as the penis continues to develop, especially at night or when holding urine, the penis will naturally erect from time to time, causing the foreskin to be stretched and then retracted. The back-and-forth movement causes a slow peeling between the foreskin and the glans. Gradually, the foreskin separates from the glans, and the foreskin opening becomes wider due to the repeated expansion of the penis erection. Due to the elastic retraction of the foreskin and the increasing length of the glans penis, the foreskin opening also becomes larger and larger. By the time of puberty, the glans penis slowly reveals its "true appearance". Both the glans penis and the urethral opening are exposed outside the foreskin opening, making the "phenomenon" of transient foreskin hyperplasia in childhood disappear without a trace.

However, many boys still wear the "layered leather jacket" when they reach puberty, and the glans penis is hidden deep inside. This is because some "leather jackets" are "designed" too long during the embryonic period. Although the penis has made efforts for a long time, the glans penis is still hidden in the foreskin, which manifests as excessive foreskin or even phimosis.

In order to make all boys' foreskins develop perfectly, it is not enough to rely solely on the natural movement of the penis. If the foreskin of boys can be artificially and frequently flipped upward appropriately, the foreskin opening can be gradually expanded artificially, and the separation speed of the foreskin and the glans can be accelerated, the incidence of phimosis or phimosis can be reduced. This is the simplest and most effective method.
