For men, the temperature of the testicles may be higher in the summer. The reason for this is that men often wear tight pants or sit for a long time. You can cool down the testicles through exercise or by wearing loose pants. Of course, you should also pay attention when sitting normally and try to sit with your legs apart. If the temperature of the testicles is too high, the quality and survival rate of sperm may be greatly reduced.

Research has found that when the testicles are too cold, the scrotal skin contracts to prevent heat loss; when the testicles are overheated, the scrotal skin relaxes to dissipate heat. Testicles are responsible for producing sperm and secreting male hormones, and are very important to men. Experts suggest that men should take good care of their testicles and not sit on loose sofas for a long time, as this will affect the heat dissipation of the lower body.

Since the testicles have high requirements for temperature, the scrotum is responsible for regulating the temperature of the testicles. When the testicles are too cold, the scrotal skin contracts to prevent heat loss; when the testicles are overheated, the scrotal skin relaxes to dissipate heat. Since the temperature regulation function of the scrotum is limited, when the temperature changes beyond its regulation range, the physiological function of the testicles will inevitably be damaged.

In daily life, it is recommended that men wear loose pants to keep the lower body ventilated and dry, so that the testicles have a relaxed working environment, so that they can play the greatest physiological function. Experts say that male testicular fever may be caused by varicocele. Men with varicocele will have obstructed blood circulation and venous blood stagnation, which will increase the local temperature and cause symptoms of testicular fever.

Therefore, in summer, men should pay special attention to protecting their testicles, which can be simply summarized as "two more and two less": more activities to give the scrotum more opportunities to dissipate heat; less sitting and less wearing tight underwear.

Specifically, it can be divided into the following aspects: avoid long-term exposure to high temperature environment and try not to wear jeans; it is recommended that men take off their outer pants after returning home and wear a loose, thin and breathable cotton underwear; do not sleep on your stomach to avoid squeezing the scrotum, and you can sleep naked if conditions permit; take fewer saunas or hot baths; take a break every hour when driving or riding a car.
