Why do boys urinate frequently?

The frequency of urination is proportional to the amount of water you drink, which means that the more water you drink, the more times you may defecate, especially when you are fasting. You may feel like urinating after drinking a glass of water not long after. However, from a medical point of view, there is still a certain limit to the frequency of urination. Exceeding this limit is a manifestation of frequent urination, which is a disease. So, why do boys urinate frequently?

There are many reasons for frequent urination, and it is difficult to determine. Prostatitis, cystitis and other related diseases can also cause frequent urination. Chinese medicine believes that frequent urination is mainly due to physical weakness, weak kidney qi, inability to restrain the bladder, and its inability to transform. It is recommended that you go to a regular hospital for relevant examinations and receive symptomatic treatment under the doctor's diagnosis.

Reasons for frequent toilet breaks at night

Kidney deficiency

Generally speaking, from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine, frequent trips to the toilet at night are a sign of kidney qi deficiency. If the kidney qi is insufficient, the water channels cannot be retained, resulting in symptoms such as frequent urination at night.

The main symptoms of kidney qi deficiency are shortness of breath, spontaneous sweating, fatigue, pale complexion, spermatorrhea, premature ejaculation, dribbling after urination, frequent and clear urination, soreness in the waist and knees, hearing loss, cold limbs, and weak pulse.

Solution: If the kidney is weak, nourish the kidney. Men can eat more mutton, donkey meat, pigeon meat, etc. to nourish the kidney; women can eat more walnuts, black dates, lotus seeds, yam, etc. to nourish the kidney.

Renal tubular insufficiency

At night, the activities of other organs weaken, and the blood flow to the kidneys increases, which increases the amount of glomerular filtered fluid. If the renal tubular concentration function is impaired, the reabsorption of filtered fluid will decrease, which will lead to increased urine volume. Therefore, increased nocturia can be regarded as an early symptom of renal tubular dysfunction.

Solution: Discover it early and go to the hospital for dialysis examination and related treatment. It is mainly divided into general treatment and special treatment. In general treatment, you should pay attention to rest. How to rest depends on the condition. According to the different types of diseases and the degree of lesions, take corresponding diet therapy. Control infection, remove primary lesions, treat primary diseases, adjust water and electrolyte balance, enhance the body's disease resistance, etc. In special treatment, different treatment plans are also adopted according to different types of kidney diseases.
