The symptom of phimosis has two factors: congenital and acquired. The congenital factor is inherited, while the acquired factor is caused by inflammation such as glansitis or balanitis. The foreskin cannot return to its original position, causing blood and circulation disorders in the glans penis. The glans penis and foreskin of the infant will become swollen and painful. If not treated in time, the narrow area is likely to erode and ulcerate, or even the glans penis will die.

The treatment of circumcision and anastomosis is for phimosis, which takes a relatively short time, is safe, minimally invasive and painless, and there is no scar after the operation.
