Vaginal varicose veins

Vaginal varicose veins

If varicose veins accidentally occur in the penis area, it is still quite serious. At this time, male friends will feel that their scrotum area occasionally drops down, and even some varicose veins symptoms may appear on their skin surface. This will not only affect their appearance, but also their fertility will be greatly affected, causing scrotal swelling.

Some patients may experience more obvious symptoms, such as a feeling of heaviness or discomfort under the scrotum, and may also experience bloating and pain in the perineum, lower abdomen, or waist. Symptoms are more obvious after standing for too long or walking tiredly, and are relieved after lying down and resting. So, how to cure varicose veins? Mild varicose veins are not obvious from external observation. Varicose veins are only found when holding your breath and holding your breath to increase abdominal pressure. In severe varicose veins, varicose veins can also be seen on the skin surface of the scrotum.

The severity of testicular varicose veins is often inconsistent with the severity of symptoms. Mild testicular varicose veins can also cause more obvious symptoms. A small number of patients will have symptoms of neurasthenia. During the examination, one side of the scrotum can be seen to be enlarged and the testicles are drooping, which is more common on the left side. Obvious testicular varicose veins can be seen with the naked eye, or piles of earthworm-like varicose veins can be felt. After lying flat and holding up the scrotum, the dilated vein mass can completely disappear or significantly shrink, and it will be filled again when standing.

Symptoms of Varicose Cord

Varicose veins are a common disease in young men. It refers to the dilation, tortuosity and elongation of the spermatic cord plexus (venous plexus) due to blood congestion in the spermatic vein. The incidence rate is 10-15% in the male population and 15-20% in male infertility. This disease often occurs on the left side, but it is not uncommon for patients to have bilateral disease, which can be as high as about 20%.

Varicose veins may be accompanied by testicular atrophy and sperm production disorders, resulting in male infertility. Varicose veins can also be caused by kidney tumors or other retroperitoneal tumors. Varicose veins caused by compression are called symptomatic or secondary varicocele. Varicose veins need to be treated only when they cause clinical symptoms or male infertility.
