Where is the vasectomy site?

How to prevent pregnancy has become a headache for young couples, because they may not be in a good condition to have children or they already have one and do not want another one, so they have to take precautions every time they have sex, which really affects their mood. In order to achieve permanent prevention, some men will choose to go to the hospital for sterilization. So the question is, where is the vasectomy site?

Vasectomy is a type of vasectomy. Vasectomy involves ligating and removing a small section of the vas deferens, which prevents sperm from being expelled from the body, thus achieving the purpose of infertility. There are many methods for vasectomy, and the most commonly used method is clamping. In addition, there are also small incision methods with needle fixation, needle picking, and threading.

Surgical procedures

1. Separation incision.

2. Isolate the vas deferens.

3. Seminal vesicle perfusion.

4. You can directly use the vas deferens clamp to fix the vas deferens through the skin. Lift the clamp outwards and cut or separate the skin to see the vas deferens. Then use the vas deferens lifting hook to hook out the vas deferens or directly use the vas deferens separation clamp to lift out the vas deferens, then use another vas deferens clamp to fix it, and then continue to separate and ligate. Use the same method to ligate the opposite vas deferens.

5. Return the vas deferens.

6. Close the incision.

Postoperative complications

Bleeding, infection, painful nodules, epididymal congestion, sexual dysfunction, and reproduction.

Notes

1. It is not necessary to inject spermicidal solution before vasectomy, but because there are still live sperm in the seminal vesicles, postoperative contraception should be more stringent and the contraceptive period should be extended.

2. The distal end of the vas deferens does not need to be folded back and ligated, but the removed vas deferens should be longer than 1 cm to prevent recanalization.
