What is the cause of the pain in the man's belly button?

Many people will experience pain in the umbilicus, which is probably caused by umbilical cord inflammation. The incidence of umbilical cord inflammation is relatively high, and there are many umbilical cord inflammation patients in both adults and infants. Of course, umbilical cord inflammation has a very adverse effect on human health, so it needs to be treated in time, and in daily life, the following care work should be done!

1. Prevent the room temperature from being too high

In the hot summer season, the temperature is high and the humidity is high. If the newborn is covered too thickly or wrapped too tightly, and the newborn has poor temperature regulation ability, the body temperature will easily rise. Therefore, it is important to prevent the room temperature from being too high.

Families with air conditioning can adjust the room temperature to 22-24oC, which is the most ideal ambient temperature for a newborn baby's room. Families without air conditioning can use other methods to lower the room temperature to close to 24oC. For example, open windows for ventilation, but do not form convection wind, that is, open windows without opening doors, or open doors without opening windows. You can also put ice cubes in a container indoors. The ice cubes will gradually melt and absorb heat, which can also lower the room temperature.

2. Take a bath frequently

Bathing can clean the skin, promote blood circulation, and lower body temperature. In the hot summer season, you can bathe 2 to 3 times a day, and the water temperature should not be hot to the touch. Newborns whose umbilical cords have not fallen off do not need to take a bath in a tub to avoid umbilical infection; after the umbilical cord has fallen off, they can take a bath in a tub. Water entered the child's ear canal during bathing. After bathing, wrap the child in a dry towel, pat the skin dry, apply talcum powder to the wrinkles, and then change into soft and loose clothes.

3. Prevent intestinal infections

Summer is a season when intestinal infectious diseases are more common. Because the mother needs to take care of the baby's eating, drinking and defecation, if the mother eats unclean food and gets an intestinal infectious disease, the possibility of passing it on to the child is very high, so the mother should pay special attention to her own food hygiene. In addition, the mother should take a bath frequently, change underwear frequently, and keep the breasts clean. Before feeding the child, wash your hands, wipe the nipple and areola with a clean warm towel, and then feed the baby. If the child drinks milk, the nipple, bottle and milk should be boiled and disinfected before use. The baby should be given water between two feedings.

4. Protect your skin

Newborns have thin and tender skin, and have poor resistance to the invasion of pathogenic microorganisms. In summer, the temperature is high and the humidity is high, which is suitable for bacterial reproduction, so it is easy to get abscesses. Skin damage such as prickly heat, skin folds, mosquito bites, and diaper dermatitis are also common. Therefore, babies should be bathed frequently, diapers should be changed frequently, and underwear should be changed frequently. When bathing and changing diapers, the baby's skin should be carefully checked for abnormalities. If there are any, the baby should go to the hospital pediatric department to see a doctor.
