What is the cause of vaginal pain when urinating?

The male penis is not only a part of the urinary organ, but also an important organ for the female to give birth to life. Many unspeakable diseases of men are basically related to the penis, so when there is any abnormality in the penis, male friends must pay attention, otherwise a small problem may lead to a big problem. Under normal circumstances, men will not feel pain in the penis when urinating. When the penis hurts when urinating, it is recommended that men still see a doctor as soon as possible. What is the specific introduction of penis pain when urinating?

Consider whether it is a symptom caused by inflammation such as orchitis or prostatitis. Orchitis is usually caused by bacteria and viruses. The testicles themselves rarely have bacterial infections. Since the testicles have a rich supply of blood and lymph fluid, they have a strong resistance to bacterial infections. Most bacterial orchitis is caused by inflammation of the adjacent epididymis, so it is also called epididymo-orchitis. Common pathogens are Staphylococcus, Streptococcus, Escherichia coli, etc. Viruses can directly invade the testicles, the most common of which is the mumps virus. This pathogen mainly invades the parotid glands of children. However, this virus is also good at invading the testicles, so viral orchitis often occurs shortly after the onset of mumps.

Only a few patients have an acute history, and most of them present with chronic, recurrent symptoms. The main pathogenic factors of type I and type II prostatitis are pathogenic infection, mainly Escherichia coli, Klebsiella, Proteus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Pathogens invade the prostate with urine, causing infection. Pathological anatomy confirms that prostatitis lesions are generally limited to the peripheral zone, where the glandular duct opens in the posterior urethra in the opposite direction of the vertical line of urine flow, which is easy to cause urine reflux, while the glandular ducts in the central zone and transitional zone are consistent with the direction of urine flow, and are not easy to be infected.

The pathogenesis of type III prostatitis is unknown, and its etiology is very complex and widely debated. Most scholars believe that its main causes may be pathogen infection, urination dysfunction, psychological factors, neuroendocrine factors, abnormal immune response, oxidative stress theory, lower urinary tract epithelial dysfunction, etc. Type IV prostatitis lacks research on its related pathogenesis, and may have some of the same causes and mechanisms as type III.
