Sperm can be white or yellow

Sperm can be white or yellow

It is normal for semen to be whitish or yellowish in color. For example, if you abstain from sex for too long, the concentration of semen will be higher, and it will obviously turn yellow. Under normal circumstances, semen is whitish in color. Generally speaking, if there are no other symptoms, it means that the semen is normal. Of course, if a man is infertile, he should go to the hospital for a routine semen examination in time.

Sperm can be white or yellow

It is normal if there is no pain, so don't worry too much. Don't masturbate too often, don't eat spicy food, don't overwork, eat more vegetables and fruits, black beans, beef, eggs and seafood are good for your semen, genitals and kidneys. It is recommended that you pay attention to the gradual conditioning, pay attention to diet, rest and exercise, and you can recover your body.

What color is normal semen?

Generally speaking, the semen of healthy men is translucent and milky white like egg white. However, for men who have not ejaculated for a long time, the semen may be light yellow and thicker. In addition, when there is inflammation in the male reproductive tract, the semen may be yellow, and a large number of pus balls can be seen under a microscope.

If you find that the semen is pink after ejaculation, or there are blood streaks in the semen, this is mostly caused by inflammation of the seminal vesicle. Inflammation of the seminal vesicle causes congestion and edema of the seminal vesicle, and in severe cases, it causes capillaries to rupture and bleed. When the secretions of the seminal vesicle and semen pass through the seminal vesicle, they will mix with the blood to produce "hematospermia". In addition to seminal vesiculitis being the most common cause of hematospermia, prostatitis also often affects the seminal vesicle and produces hematospermia.

At this time, you must stop having sex and take antibiotics and hemostatic drugs under the guidance of a doctor, and the condition can usually be controlled.

Of course, tumors of the seminal vesicle and prostate can also cause hematospermia, but generally speaking, cancerous hematospermia is characterized by persistence and gradual aggravation, which is different from transient hematospermia caused by inflammation. In addition, tuberculosis, schistosomiasis or systemic blood system diseases can occasionally cause hematospermia. When hematospermia occurs, the semen is red or light red, and a large number of red blood cells can be seen under a microscope. Some of them appear brown or soy sauce-colored to the naked eye because there are a large number of red blood cells in the semen. Don't take it lightly and go to the hospital for diagnosis and treatment in time.

Clinical studies have found that "hematospermia" can also be physiological, and there are generally three situations: First, during ejaculation, the seminal vesicle undergoes a strong spasmodic contraction, which causes changes in the permeability of the capillaries in the seminal vesicle wall, allowing the red blood cells in the blood vessels to penetrate into the semen; second, when the frequency of sexual life is low, the secretion of the seminal vesicle continues to increase, causing the pressure to increase, and after ejaculation, the seminal vesicle pressure suddenly decreases, causing the capillaries to rupture and bleed; third, the activity of enzymes that dissolve tissue fibrogen in the semen of men with allergic constitutions increases, causing the capillaries on the wall of the seminal vesicle to be damaged and bleeding to occur.

The above-mentioned conditions do not cause hematospermia, and most cases can be cured without treatment, so you don't need to worry too much about it. But you still need to be "cautious".
