At the same time, there will be a certain degree of burning sensation in the urethra when urinating. In addition, there are typical symptoms such as frequent urination, urgent urination, painful urination, incomplete urination, perineal pain, mild or severe impotence and premature ejaculation, spermatorrhea, decreased libido, insomnia, dreaminess, dizziness and fatigue.

Second, unclean sex life.

When men are infected with gonorrhea or non-gonococcal urethritis due to unclean sexual intercourse, they will experience typical symptoms of purulent urethral discharge.

Fourth, glansitis.

Experts point out that in the early stage of urethral purulent discharge, the glans penis and foreskin surface are edematous and congested, the area around the urethral opening is red, and wounds and erosions appear. It can develop into superficial ulcers, and purulent secretions flow out with a foul odor. The patient will feel itching or burning in the glans penis, followed by pain. In severe cases, there will also be fatigue, low fever, enlarged and tender inguinal lymph nodes.
