The first is running shoes, which are special shoes for running. This is the most important running equipment.

When choosing shoes, pay attention to the following issues:

First, look at the upper. The material should be soft to be comfortable. Nylon and soft leather are good. Second, look at the inner wall. All the joints must be smooth, otherwise it will scratch your feet. Third, look at the sole. It should be elastic. If you press it hard with your hands, there should be a certain indentation. Fourth, look at the breathability. Choose a fabric with good breathability, otherwise the sweat from your feet will not dissipate easily, and the socks will be damp and feel slippery. Generally speaking, nylon is more breathable than leather. If it is leather, choose one with enough air holes.

Every time you take a step forward while running, the sole of your foot will be impacted by a large ground reaction force. The sole of the shoe has good resilience and low impact, which is not easy to cause foot injuries. It also protects the knees and is light, comfortable and soft to wear. The shoes must be light, generally weighing no more than one pound. Heavy shoes are easy to fatigue. The shoes must be comfortable and not tight to prevent pressure on the foot and affect microvascular circulation. The upper has good breathability. The most important thing about running shoes is that they are light and elastic; if they are not elastic, they are not good running shoes.

The second is socks, which are the most easily overlooked but also very important equipment.

Socks are as important as running shoes. Without a good pair of socks, it is easy to get blisters and even cause fungal infections of the feet.

For running, socks need to have the following functions: breathable, sweat-absorbing, and sterilizing. Running is a sweaty sport, and the breathability and sweat-wicking properties of socks directly affect the runner's running experience. After exercise, a certain amount of bacteria will be produced in the feet, socks, and running shoes. Running shoes with sterilizing effects can better protect our feet.

In addition, the fit and comfort of socks are also very important. Although the size of socks is not as clear as running shoes, ill-fitting socks will wear out the runner's feet during running, so choose socks that are breathable, sweat-absorbent, and sterile in order to enjoy running!

The third is clothes.

For running clothes, ordinary sportswear can be used. Of course, in order to wick away sweat, it is better to choose breathable and sweat-wicking synthetic fabrics. This way, you won’t feel the clothes pressing against your skin when you run.

The fourth is timing equipment, which has now become a necessity for runners.

Modern technology is becoming more and more advanced. Any running app or sports watch can accurately tell you key data such as your running volume, pace, heart rate while running, etc. From these data, you can better evaluate your running status and find your own running method from scientific data.

In fact, the most important equipment is a love for running. As long as you want to run and have the basic equipment, just run. Don't waste this beautiful spring!
