Anti-inflammatory drugs for testicular enlargement

Anti-inflammatory drugs for testicular enlargement

We all know that male testicles are particularly important to men, because there are sperm in the testicles for male reproduction. If a man has a testicular disease, it is likely to make him infertile. In severe cases, it may also cause some urethral diseases, and even redness and swelling, which will make men feel swollen. So what kind of anti-inflammatory medicine is better for men with enlarged testicles?

Testicular enlargement is usually caused by edema after trauma, bacterial infection or viral infection caused by inflammation. If drug treatment is not effective, you should do a testicular B-ultrasound examination and routine blood tests. Quit smoking and drinking, avoid spicy food, pay attention to the combination of work and rest. If it is a common inflammation, you can infuse anti-inflammatory treatment. If it is hydrocele or cysts are formed, you should do surgery.

You need to go to the hospital's urology department as soon as possible to do a testicular ultrasound examination to find out the cause and then treat it. You can't use medicine blindly. Although there is a possibility of orchitis. But the possibility of other diseases cannot be ruled out. In this case, you can't easily use anti-inflammatory drugs, let alone blind treatment. During this period, you also need to be careful not to eat spicy and overly greasy food.

The testis is located in the scrotum, one on each side, and the left side is generally 1 cm lower than the right side. The testis is slightly flattened oval with a smooth surface, divided into inner and outer sides, front and back edges, and upper and lower ends. The front edge is free; the back edge has blood vessels, nerves and lymphatic vessels entering and exiting, and is in contact with the epididymis and the testicular part of the vas deferens. The upper end and the back edge are attached to the epididymis head, and the lower end is free. The outer side is convex and the inner side is flat. The testis grows rapidly with sexual maturity, and shrinks and becomes smaller with the decline of sexual function in old age.

There is a thick fibrous membrane on the surface of the testis, called the tunica albuginea. The tunica albuginea thickens along the posterior edge of the testis and protrudes into the testis to form the septum testis. Many connective tissue septa emanate from the septum testis, dividing the testicular parenchyma into many testicular lobules. The testicular lobules contain convoluted seminiferous tubules, the epithelium of which can produce sperm. The connective tissue between the tubules contains interstitial cells that secrete male hormones. The seminiferous tubules combine to form the straight seminiferous tubules, enter the septum testis and interweave to form the rete testis. 12 to 15 testicular efferent ductules emanate from the rete testis and enter the epididymis from the upper part of the posterior edge of the testis.
