White discharge on the male glans

White discharge on the male glans

The male penis is the same as the female vagina. It is not only a symbol of masculinity, but also very fragile and prone to some diseases. Most men pay special attention to their penis, because problems with the penis can affect their sex life at the least and even endanger their lives at the worst. Some men will find that the glans of their penis secretes some white secretions like the leucorrhea of women. What are these white secretions?

1. Phimosis or prepuce is too long

The skin of a normal man's penis is thinner. The skin near the glans penis is folded inwards to form a double layer, covering the penis, which is called foreskin. The foreskin and glans penis of newborns and infants are slightly adhered to each other. This adhesion gradually disappears around the age of 1, and the foreskin and glans penis are naturally separated. Therefore, the foreskin of children is longer, which is not abnormal. If the glans penis is still reluctant to show up during puberty, or the glans penis is tightly covered by the foreskin in childhood, then you need to pay attention. Phimosis and prepuce are both congenital developmental abnormalities. Phimosis refers to a small foreskin opening that cannot be turned up to reveal the glans penis; prepuce is too long when the foreskin covers the entire glans penis, but the foreskin opening is not small and can be turned up to reveal part of the glans penis. If there is phimosis and prepuce is too long, the glans penis cannot be revealed, and this "harmful trilogy" will be played.

2. Disgusting smegma Just as the skin in other parts of the body secretes sebum, the sebaceous glands of the foreskin also secrete sebum. Since the foreskin cannot be turned up when the foreskin is too long, the sebum accumulates in the gap between the inner surface of the foreskin and the glans penis. At the same time, urine will also penetrate into this gap and react chemically with the sebum to form smegma, which produces a strange odor. The long-term accumulation of smegma will turn into hard lumps, which will make people mistakenly think that they have a "tumor".

3. We all know that the secretion of the sebaceous glands in the inner plate of the foreskin is relatively vigorous. After puberty, the secretion will increase, and it is easy to form white smegma in the foreskin with other dirty things, providing a good environment for bacteria and causing glansitis. The typical sign at this time is white spots or white secretions on the glans. If there is a history of unclean sexual intercourse or the woman has a gynecological infection, it is easy to be infected with Staphylococcus, Streptococcus, Escherichia coli, Candida albicans, Trichomonas, Chlamydia, Mycoplasma, fungi, Gonorrhea or other bacteria after sexual intercourse, which may cause foreskin glansitis and cause white secretions to flow out of the glans.
