In addition to causing oral cancer, liver cancer and cirrhosis, chewing betel nut has also been found to be associated with central obesity, metabolic syndrome and diabetes in recent years. Now it has been discovered for the first time that betel nut may cause chronic kidney disease. It is worth noting that the risk of chronic kidney disease increases five to eight times for middle-aged betel nut users aged 55 to 65. Zhou Zheyi pointed out that middle-aged people are prone to kidney disease, and chewing betel nut may accelerate the deterioration of kidney disease. In the past, a study by the Department of Nephrology of the Kaohsiung Medical University Hospital found that among dialysis patients, the one-year mortality rate of betel nut chewers was as high as 37.5%, while that of non-betel nut chewers was only 6.6%.

Fruits and vegetables containing vitamin E and various trace elements can resist germs that damage sperm. Therefore, you should eat more foods containing vitamin E and trace elements. Adding 600 mg of vitamin E every day can improve sperm motility.

Men who smoke more than one pack of cigarettes a day always have weaker sperm motility than non-smokers. But after quitting smoking, you should be especially careful not to get anxious, because that will cause a drop in testosterone, resulting in a decrease in sperm.
