Montessori tubercle is located in the cervical vein of the nipple. It is formed by the bulge at the junction of Montessori glands. Montessori glands are large sebaceous glands that can secrete milk. From the 8th week of pregnancy, the mammary gland alveoli and mammary gland lobules proliferate and grow, causing the breasts to gradually expand. Examination shows that the color of the breasts and surrounding skin (nipples) becomes darker, and Montessori tubercle appears around the nipples.

Symptoms

The breasts begin to expand in the early stages of pregnancy, and the hematoma is obvious. Pregnant women may experience spontaneous breast swelling or occasional tingling, and the superficial veins are obvious. Alveolar hyperplasia makes the breasts hard and tough, and the nipples are enlarged and dark, and easy to harden. The areola turns black, and the sebaceous glands outside the nipples are thickened to produce scattered small mass-like protrusions, called Montessori nodes. During pregnancy, the embryo metabolizes a lot of estrogen to stimulate the growth and development of the mammary glands, and metabolizes a lot of estrogen to stimulate the growth and development of the mammary alveoli. Healthy breast growth and development also requires the participation of pituitary lactogenic hormone, embryonic lactogen, as well as insulin, aldosterone, thyroid hormone, etc.

It is known that there are pituitary lactogenic growth hormone protein kinase in the mammary cytoplasm, and estrogen receptors and estrogen protein kinase in the cell nucleus. Although there are many kinds of growth hormones involved in mammary growth and development during pregnancy, and they are ready for milk secretion, there is no milk secretion during pregnancy, which is related to the fact that many estrogens inhibit the conversion of milk. In the late pregnancy, especially when squeezing the breasts close to delivery, a few drops of thin yellow liquid called colostrum may overflow. People declare that milk secretion needs to be after the pregnant woman gives birth.

The breasts begin to expand and become obviously abscessed in the early stages of pregnancy. Pregnant women may experience active breast swelling or occasional tingling, and the superficial veins are obvious and easy to see. Alveolar hyperplasia makes the breasts harder, the nipples expand and turn dark, and they are easy to erect. The areola turns black, and the sebaceous glands outside the nipple area hypertrophy, causing scattered small lumps and small protrusions, called Montessori nodes. During pregnancy, the test tube embryo metabolizes a lot of estrogen to stimulate the growth and development of the mammary ducts, and metabolizes a lot of estrogen to stimulate the growth and development of the mammary alveoli.

The complete growth and development of breasts also requires the participation of pituitary prolactin, prolactin, and insulin, aldosterone, and thyroid hormone. It is known that there is pituitary prolactin protein kinase in the breast cell nucleus, and estrogen receptors and estrogen protein kinase in the cytoplasm. Although there are many kinds of growth hormones participating in breast growth and development during pregnancy, and the preparation for milk secretion is good, there is no milk secretion during pregnancy, which is related to the fact that many estrogens inhibit breast milk conversion.
