Torn frenulum

Torn frenulum

The frenulum is a very important tissue in the human body. The male reproductive organ is very important to men. Therefore, many men will take great care of their reproductive organs. If there is a problem with the reproductive organ, it may cause great damage to the boy, and some may even be life-threatening. Next, let's take a look at what to do if the frenulum of the glans penis is torn.

1. What is frenulum tear?

The frenulum is located inside the foreskin at the lower ventral part of the glans penis, and is connected to the lower part of the urethral opening of the glans penis through the coronal sulcus. It has a strong elastic force and can be significantly extended when the penis is erect, and significantly shortened when the penis is softened. Vigorous masturbation or overly rough sexual intercourse can cause the frenulum to tear or completely break off.

2. Factors causing frenulum tear

1. It is mainly caused by excessive force, such as when masturbating, because of fear of being seen, you want to ejaculate quickly, so the movement is more violent, in order to increase the local stimulation. In this case, it is very easy to cause the frenulum of the foreskin to tear.

2. Secondly, on the wedding night, due to the man's lack of sexual knowledge, he is too impatient and aggressive during sexual intercourse, or because of the tough hymen or vaginal spasm, when the penis is forcefully inserted, the resistance causes the foreskin to pull the frenulum and cause the frenulum to tear.

3. Symptoms of frenulum tear

When the frenulum is torn, the patient will experience pain at the torn site and heavy bleeding. The severity of frenulum tears varies. In a mild tear, only the frenulum will split at the glans penis. In a severe tear, the frenulum may be completely severed from the glans penis.

4. What to do if the frenulum is torn

1. For minor frenulum tears, first use red mercury for local disinfection, then apply vaseline gauze to the wound, and wrap it with a gauze bandage, which should be changed every other day. For severe injuries, immediate local hemostasis and surgical suture should be performed. Change the dressing every other day, and remove the stitches after 7 days. To prevent wound infection, anti-inflammatory treatment should be carried out during this period, and hemostatic drugs should be used at the same time. To prevent penile erection from affecting wound healing, 2 mg of hexenol can be taken orally once a night to reduce sexual impulse.

2. Once the frenulum of the penis is torn and the membrane rupture occurs, first interrupt sexual intercourse immediately, then immediately rinse with mineral water, and use a clean towel to compress and stop bleeding to avoid infection. If the membrane rupture of the penis is found, the situation is more serious. Some parts will also ooze blood, and you should compress and stop bleeding in time, or simply bandage with a bandage and hold it with a little force to apply pressure. If conditions permit, you can take ice cubes and put them in a plastic bag for cold compress. Finally, it is also essential to send to the hospital for diagnosis and treatment quickly, and the posture is preferably lying flat. If the frenulum of the foreskin is torn, you must go to the hospital for treatment in time to avoid poor healing of the wound and affect your future life. I hope men will pay attention to it.
