What causes testicular spasm?

In our lives, many men have frequent sex, or have some bad habits in life, such as masturbation, or they do not pay attention to hygiene, which to a certain extent will cause testicular spasms. It is not painful or itchy, but the testicles move up automatically, contract automatically, and have uncontrolled contractions. This may not be a good thing for male friends, so let us understand what testicular spasms are!

There are many causes of testicular pain, which can be roughly divided into two situations:

Acute persistent pain and chronic recurrent pain.

1. Acute pain is more common in orchitis and injury. In addition to blood infection, orchitis is more commonly caused by bacteria passing through the urethra.

It retrogrades to the epididymis and testicles, causing epididymitis and orchitis. Clinically, swelling and pain of the epididymis and testicles can be seen.

2. Testicular injury has a history of trauma and local swelling and bruising. Vigorous exercise, sexual intercourse, and violence can sometimes cause strong contraction of the levator testis muscle, causing the testicle with an overly long frenulum to twist and cause severe testicular pain.

3. Chronic testicular pain is mild and lasts for a long time. The pain is mild, generalized, and radiates, so it is not easy to determine the exact location of the inflammation. Testicular pain is not necessarily proportional to the severity of the inflammation. Some people have high nerve sensitivity, and mild inflammation can cause severe pain; while some people are slow to feel pain and feel that it is mild.

4. Some pain occurs after sexual intercourse, which may be caused by sexual excitement causing high congestion of the genitals and gonads. Some pain is caused by varicocele or pain radiating from other parts of the body. At this time, the real cause must be carefully identified.
