What is the self-treatment method for mild prostatitis?

Prostatitis is a well-known male disease. In today's society, men are under great pressure, and they do not know how to take care of themselves, so the incidence of prostatitis is getting higher and higher. Patients often feel general fatigue and often experience pain in the groin. Men with prostatitis are prone to impotence and premature ejaculation. If it is mild prostatitis, you can take the following self-treatment methods.

Self-treatment of mild prostatitis:

Clinically verified, self-massage of the prostate, following the acupoints to massage, can treat prostate diseases, such as prostate hyperplasia in the elderly, prostatitis, etc. Self-massage of the prostate can be done standing or lying down (not suitable for sitting), requiring the whole body to be relaxed, and use the index finger, middle finger and ring finger of one hand to press the three acupoints of Guanyuan (3 inches below the umbilicus), Zhongji (4 inches below the umbilicus), and Qugu (5 inches below the umbilicus) at the same time. That is, the ring finger presses Qugu, the middle finger presses Zhongji, and the index finger presses Guanyuan. The pressure should be light at first and then heavy, so that the local area feels sour, swollen and slightly painful. Then, do the in-situ rotational pressing. First turn the pressure in one direction (clockwise or counterclockwise at will), and turn the pressure for about 1 second for 1 week. After rotating and pressing for 1 to 2 minutes (60 to 120 cycles), rotate and press in the other direction for 1 to 2 minutes, and repeat this cycle for 10 to 15 minutes.

1. Body acupoint massage

When lying on your back, place your hands on your abdomen and use your fingertips to massage the area where kidney essence runs in the lower abdomen, that is, massage back and forth from the blind point to the transverse bone point, and then massage down along the inguinal groove around the penis, 50 times each.

When sitting, use both hands to push and rub from the kidney area on the waist down to the coccyx until heat is felt; use both hands to knead the Yinlingquan, Sanyinjiao and other acupoints on the inner side of the opposite thigh; use your hands or physical therapy instruments to rub the Yongquan acupoints on the soles of both feet until heat is felt.

The above methods should be performed once in the morning and evening every day, each time for no less than 5 minutes, and must be persisted for a long time.

The ear surfaces are distributed with various acupuncture points and organ reflex areas that are found in other parts of the body. After work or before getting up, you should massage the prostate, sympathetic, urethra, kidney, ureter and bladder reflex areas. Do this at least 3 times a day, each time for at least 2 minutes.

The human feet are also distributed with various acupuncture points and organ reflex areas found in other parts of the body. Rub the prostate, bladder, ureter, kidney, adrenal gland and rectum reflex areas on the feet every morning and evening, each time for about 4 minutes.
