The testicles are one of the most important organs of men. Whether a man is good or not depends on them. The testicles can also be said to be the most sensitive part of men. Even the slightest touch will cause strong pain. I believe everyone has heard the heroine say to the hero in TV: "If you dare to betray me, I will crush your balls." But this is not a trivial matter. It is said that the pain of testicular rupture is 100 times that of childbirth. Causes of testicular rupture: can be divided into closed injury and open injury. Closed injuries are more common, such as kicking, grabbing, squeezing, riding, etc. Open injuries are less common except in wartime, such as stabbing, gunshot, etc. The degree of testicular injury can be contusion, rupture, torsion, dislocation, and in severe cases, the testicular tissue is completely missing. The scrotal skin is loose, and the testicular blood flow is abundant. It is very easy to cause hematoma and infection after injury. In addition, severe damage to the testicles or their supplying blood vessels can lead to testicular atrophy and necrosis, which may be complicated by impotence or sexual dysfunction. Causes of testicular rupture 1. When the testicle ruptures, the testicle becomes swollen, hard, and extremely painful and tender. 2. Testicular rupture may cause symptoms of testicular dislocation, where the testicle is squeezed outside the scrotum, such as the subcutaneous part of the inguinal canal, femoral canal, perineum, etc., with local severe pain, tenderness, and empty scrotum on the painful side. 3. When the testicle ruptures, the scrotal skin will be bruised and hematoma, open injury will cause scrotal tearing and testicle exposure. 4. When the testicle ruptures, there will be severe pain or even fainting, scrotal hematoma, obvious tenderness, and unclear testicular contour. What to do if your testicle ruptures 1. Testicular injury should first relieve pain, reduce testicular tension, control bleeding, and preserve testicular tissue as much as possible during debridement. Testicles can only be removed when the spermatic artery is ruptured or the testicle is severely ruptured and cannot be repaired. Drainage should be placed in the scrotum to prevent infection. 2. Testicular rupture caused by open testicular injury should be treated with tetanus antitoxin injection, local debridement, removal of foreign bodies and return of the testicle to prevent infection. 3. Testicular rupture caused by closed injury should be treated with bed rest and local cold compress for pain relief. Large hematomas should be drained by suction or incision to prevent infection. 4. The scrotal skin is completely removed and the testicles are reconstructed. |
