Why do we ejaculate? Authoritative experts tell you the answer

As we all know, men become sexually mature after entering puberty. If their sexual desire is not satisfied, they are prone to spermatorrhea. This is a normal phenomenon. There are many reasons for spermatorrhea, such as the secretion of hormones in the body.

1. For men, their testicles, seminal vesicles, prostate gland and other accessory organs are all mature, and they continue to produce sperm and semen, which are stored in the body. Due to the secretion of hormones in the body, they often have fantasies, admiration and sexual desires for women. At the same time, because such desires cannot be realized in reality, men at this time are in a state of high sexual tension. When men fall asleep, especially when they enter a dream with women, because the brain nerves are not easy to control during sleep, they cannot control themselves, and they will relieve sexual pressure in the form of nocturnal emission. So, nocturnal emission occurs. This is also in line with the saying emphasized by traditional Chinese medicine that "when the semen is full, it will overflow."

2. Although some dream residues do not involve women or erotic dreams, or even unconscious semen leakage, this is often related to local stimulation of the genitals, such as stimulation from smegma, tight underwear, pressure from quilts, excessive fatigue and other ejaculation-related stimulations.

3. Spermatorrhea begins 1 to 2 years after puberty and can occur even in old age. It is an involuntary ejaculation of men during sleep, and some people call it "wet dream" or "horse racing". Spontaneous ejaculation of men without masturbation or sexual stimulation during waking hours is called "spermatorrhea". There is not much difference between spermatorrhea and nocturnal emission in essence. Women can also have wet dreams with a large amount of vaginal secretions during sleep, but it generally does not cause them more confusion. Men are different. Many men regard spermatorrhea, a normal physiological phenomenon, as a symptom, and are worried about the number of spermatorrhea, whether it is accompanied by sexual dreams, the impact on male sexual function and fertility, etc. In addition, people are also concerned about its historical background and its relationship with adolescence. Only by clarifying these issues can we treat it correctly and eliminate the various psychological burdens of young people.
