The factors that affect male fertility are so complicated

There are many factors that determine a man's fertility, such as genetic factors or disease reasons, but more are caused by men's bad living habits. For example, some people drink and smoke for a long time, some people have disordered sex life, etc. These are all very bad.

1. Promiscuous sex life: The prevalence of extramarital sex and "one-night stands" has the most direct consequence that men are more likely to contract diseases such as gonorrhea, syphilis, genital herpes and even AIDS, which will damage the male reproductive function, seriously reduce the vitality and quantity of sperm and cause infertility.

2. Smoking and drinking: Studies have shown that smokers have fewer sperm than normal men, but the number of incomplete sperm is much higher than that of normal men; and alcohol can cause sperm head and tail deformities, further reducing the vitality. The above factors can cause fetal deformities and are also the main factors in male infertility.

3. Take a hot bath frequently: Taking a hot bath also has an impact on sperm, because the temperature suitable for sperm development is about 34 degrees, and high temperature has an adverse effect on sperm development. Therefore, you should pay special attention to high temperature environments such as outdoor work, hot water baths, saunas, and driving without air conditioning in summer.

4. Underwear is too tight: Underwear that is too tight not only compresses the male reproductive organs, but also affects the normal development of the testicles, reducing the vitality and quantity of sperm. In an environment that is not breathable and does not dissipate heat, it is not conducive to the survival of sperm.

5. Long-term bicycle riding: Because the center of gravity tilts forward when riding a bicycle, the testicles and prostate of the perineum will be tightly attached to the seat. Long-term compression will cause ischemia, edema, and inflammation, affecting the production of sperm, as well as the normal secretion of prostatic fluid and semen, leading to infertility.

6. Environmental factors: one of the important factors causing male infertility, it can cause male azoospermia, oligospermia and asthenospermia. The decline of sperm quality is common in every man, and less than 5% of the men can reach excellent levels in all indicators of sperm quality evaluation, and it is very good if all indicators can reach the lower limit of normal standards.
