The incidence of prostatitis is getting higher and higher nowadays. It seriously endangers the health of male friends. The most common symptoms are urgency, frequency and pain when urinating. In addition, there may also be perineal pain, pain when urinating, and white urine at the end. 1. Discomfort when urinating: Prostatitis is often accompanied by frequent urination, urgent urination, painful urination, incomplete urination, waiting to urinate, difficulty urinating, yellow urine, hematuria, white urine drops, turbid urine, burning and itching at the urethral opening, increased secretions, etc. 2. Sexual dysfunction: Prostatitis can cause sexual dysfunction such as loss of libido, premature ejaculation, erectile dysfunction, erectile dysfunction, painful ejaculation, hematospermia, frequent nocturnal emission, premature ejaculation, and impotence. 3. Radiating pain: The pain caused by prostatitis often radiates to the glans penis and perineum, and can cause pain in the lumbar sacral region, hip, perineum, suprapubic region and abdomen, and sometimes radiates to the testicles and groin. 4. Local symptoms: Prostatitis can cause bloating and discomfort in the posterior urethra, perineum and anus. The bloating and pain are particularly likely to be aggravated by squatting, defecation and sitting on chairs for a long time. 5. Systemic symptoms: There are often prodromal symptoms such as chills and fever. As the inflammation progresses, the symptoms gradually worsen, showing high fever, body pain, weakness, anorexia, and septicemia. When prostatitis suddenly attacks, systemic symptoms can mask local symptoms. 6. Other symptoms: Prostatitis may be accompanied by neurasthenia, which manifests as fatigue, dizziness, insomnia, nightmares, blurred vision, tinnitus, depression and other neurological symptoms. Regardless of the type of chronic prostatitis, similar clinical symptoms can be manifested, collectively referred to as prostatitis syndrome, including pelvic and sacral pain, abnormal urination and sexual dysfunction. Pelvic and sacral pain is extremely complex. The pain is generally located above the pubic bone, lumbar sacral region and perineum. The radiating pain can be manifested as pain in the urethra, spermatic cord, testicles, groin, and inner side of the abdomen. It radiates to the abdomen and resembles acute abdominal pain. It radiates along the urinary tract and resembles renal angina, which often leads to misdiagnosis. |
