What to do with prostatitis? Self-treatment of prostatitis

For prostatitis, a disease that seriously endangers the health of male friends, it can be said that 30% depends on treatment and 70% depends on care. To treat prostatitis with self-treatment, you can jog, massage, and at the same time, you should not sit for long periods of time, drink excessively, indulge in lust, or worry.

1. Do the “Four Nos”

1. Not sitting for long periods of time (office worker, driver, gambler).

2. Don’t drink alcohol excessively.

3. Do not indulge in sexual activities (promiscuity, addiction to pornographic videos, frequent masturbation).

4. Don’t worry.

Among them, not worrying is the most difficult thing to do. You can adjust your mood by exercising more and communicating more.

2. Slow Pre-exercise Therapy

The fundamental pathology of chronic prostatitis is that dampness, heat, and blood stasis block the gland, causing congestion of the prostate gland and obstruction of the gland duct, which in turn causes bloating and pain, blocking the urinary tract and causing frequent urination, urgency, and pain. The key to treatment is to reduce prostate congestion and enhance prostate gland circulation. Exercise promotes blood circulation in all parts of the body, which is most suitable for chronic prostatitis.

Recommended sports include:

1. Jogging: The simplest method, but the jogging environment must be good, with sufficient oxygen and beautiful environment to be effective. Because jogging requires coordination with breathing, take a deep breath while running, so that the air returns to the lower abdomen, which is the location of the prostate, also called Dantian. Exhale slowly from Dantian, contract the anus when inhaling, and relax the anus when exhaling.

2. Tai Chi: It has good effects and is difficult. It is a physical and mental training program. Those who are interested in learning it can concentrate on practicing it and benefit from it throughout their lives.

3. Ba Duan Jin: Traditional Qigong. Those who are interested can learn from a master.

4. Swimming: Swimming in summer is recommended, and swimming in winter is prohibited. Swimming in summer can promote blood circulation throughout the body. Especially breaststroke, which can fully exercise the waist and abdomen. In turn, the prostate can also be maintained.

3. Self-massage therapy for slow bowel movement

1. First, rub the belly button: Use your palm to gently rub the belly button clockwise 200 times. The belly button is called Shenque acupoint in traditional Chinese medicine. It has a huge effect. Shenque acupoint is closely related to the life activities of the human body. We know that the fetus in the mother's body breathes through the placenta, which is a state of innate true breathing. After the baby is separated from the body, the umbilical cord is cut off, the innate breathing stops, and the acquired lung breathing begins. The umbilical cord and placenta are closely connected to the umbilical cord. Without Shenque, life will no longer exist. Frequent exercise of Shenque acupoint can make the human body full of true qi, full of spirit, full of physical strength, strong waist muscles, rosy complexion, clear hearing and eyesight, light body and longevity.

2. Rub the lower abdomen: Use your palm to rub the lower abdomen clockwise until it is slightly warm. The acupuncture points in the lower abdomen, such as Guanyuan, Qihai, Zhongji, and Qugu, are all important acupuncture points for treating prostate. Rubbing the lower abdomen can strengthen the body, remove blood stasis and relieve pain.

3. Press the perineum point. The perineum is the midpoint of the line connecting the base of the scrotum and the anus. Deep inside it is the prostate. Use your index and middle fingers to press the perineum point, which can directly improve the circulation of the prostate and reduce congestion.

4. Tap the heels: The heel is the prostate gland in the foot.
