What's going on with a few small bumps on the glans?

For men, the most annoying thing is the discomfort of the glans penis and other genitals, especially when some small bumps grow, and you have no idea what causes them. But you can't just ignore it, for fear that it will become more serious. Next, I will introduce the possible causes of bumps on the glans penis, you can read and learn more.

1. Balanitis: Balanitis can be divided into infectious and non-infectious. Infectious balanitis is more common in clinical practice. Infectious balanitis is often caused by unclean sexual intercourse, infection with Candida albicans, Trichomonas, Chlamydia, Mycoplasma, Gonorrhea or other bacteria; non-infectious balanitis is mostly caused by excessive foreskin, insufficient cleaning, and unclean objects between the foreskin and the glans. Symptoms include redness and swelling of the foreskin, burning pain, aggravation during urination, and purulent secretions flowing out of the foreskin.

2. Condyloma acuminatum: This is what we often call a sexually transmitted disease in a narrow sense. It usually occurs 3 weeks to 8 months after sexual contact. The lesions are located on the glans penis, coronal sulcus, frenulum of prepuce, urethral opening, etc. They are soft papillary flesh bumps that are grayish white, light yellow or pink in color and bleed easily when touched. They can be single or densely clustered, a bit like cauliflower.

3. Pearly papules: This is a common disease of small pimples on the glans penis. The cause of pearly penile papules is not yet clear. The diagnosis mainly depends on the location of the rash distribution. Its cause is related to long-term inflammation and stimulation of the foreskin and glans penis. It is more common in young men. The damage mainly occurs at the junction of the edge of the glans penis and the coronal sulcus and/or the frenulum. In the early stage, it is a single or densely arranged papule in a row. Generally, the papule will not change, there is no tenderness, no rupture, and the patient has no conscious symptoms.

The above content summarizes all the possible causes of small bumps on the glans. Generally speaking, these diseases are still relatively serious and generally require treatment to eliminate. Therefore, the editor would like to remind all male friends to pay more attention to it in normal times and never delay their condition.
