1. Diet

Foods rich in zinc include: lean meat, liver, eggs, dairy products, cocoa, lotus seeds, peanuts, sesame, walnuts, seaweed, kelp, shrimp, marine fish, red beans, lychees, chestnuts, melon seeds, almonds, celery, persimmons, etc. It is advisable to eat more semolina, tofu and other soy products, beef, mutton, fish, lean meat, peanuts, sesame, and dairy products.

1: Control your weight. If a man is too obese, the temperature in the groin will rise, which can easily damage sperm growth and cause infertility. Therefore, male friends should pay special attention to controlling their weight within the standard range to ensure the improvement of sperm quality. Pay attention to moderate exercise intensity to avoid strenuous exercise that will cause the testicular temperature to rise and destroy the cool environment required for sperm growth.

Stay away from high temperature and humid environment. Generally speaking, the normal temperature of the testicles is three degrees Celsius lower than the body temperature. Men who often go in and out of saunas, or wash their lower body with hot water, especially those who take sitz baths, should pay attention that when the testicles are in a high temperature environment, the production and growth environment of sperm are hindered, sperm activity is more likely to decrease, and the phenomenon of dead sperm and few sperm becomes more common.

3: Reduce noise and radiation pollution. Noise can cause endocrine disorders in the human body, leading to abnormalities in semen and sperm. Long-term noise pollution can cause problems in men; and large doses of radiation can cause changes in the testicular tissue structure, increase the deformity rate of sperm, and reduce important indicators such as sperm count and sperm density. Therefore, if you want to improve sperm quality, you must stay away from environments with excessive noise, avoid playing computers for a long time, using induction cookers, microwave ovens, etc., and put your mobile phone in your coat pocket, not in your pants pocket, to reduce the impact of radiation.

Quit smoking and drink less. The sperm motility of men who smoke frequently is much weaker than that of men who do not smoke. This is because the harmful substances in tobacco can easily lead to a decrease in testosterone, thereby reducing the number of sperm. Men who drink a lot of alcohol will suffer from a decrease in sperm quality, which will also affect sperm quality and survival rate. Therefore, if men want to ensure the quality and quantity of sperm, it is imperative to quit smoking and drinking.

5: The frequency of sexual intercourse has a great impact on the quality of sperm. If a man only ejaculates 1-2 times a month, the number of sperm will increase, but the activity and survival rate of sperm will decrease, and the proportion of aging sperm will increase significantly, which is not conducive to conception. Experts suggest that 1-2 times a week is more appropriate. If you want to have a child, abstain from sex one month before the woman's ovulation period, and increase sexual intercourse appropriately before and after the ovulation period.
