Method: Soak Tremella, add lily and adenophora to water and boil, simmer for 20 minutes on low heat, add rock sugar to dissolve. Lung-clearing foods: carrots, pears, fungus, soy milk, honey, etc. Cut pears with skin into pieces, put them in a bowl and steam them. It is best to put rock sugar in the bowl and mix them with honey after cooking.

Ingredients for Lung-Moistening Soybean Milk Porridge: 1000g soy milk, 100g glutinous rice, and appropriate amount of sugar. Method: Wash the glutinous rice and put it in a pot, add appropriate amount of water, boil it over high heat, then simmer it over low heat. When the rice grains bloom, pour in the soy milk, continue to simmer for 10 minutes, and add appropriate amount of sugar.

Ham and Winter Melon Soup Ingredients: Ham slices, winter melon slices. Ingredients: scallions, ginger, shrimp skin, salt, sugar, sesame oil.
