How to correct a boy's hunchback

Hunchback is a common symptom in boys. It is mainly caused by men not paying attention to their sitting and sleeping postures. Hunchback is also called round back. It is a manifestation of spinal deformity and can occur in men, women, old and young. There is no drug to treat hunchback clinically. It can only be corrected through physical therapy. The principle of correction is to strengthen the back muscles, stretch the length of the trunk, expand the range of the chest, and pay attention to the sitting and standing posture. The specific methods are as follows:

(1) Crawling exercise: Place your hands and toes on the ground and crawl on the ground like a baby. The distance should be increased from short to long, and the speed should be increased from slow to fast. You can crawl in a straight line or in a circle. To prevent your hands from being rubbed, you can wear gloves. Crawl twice a day for 10 to 15 minutes each time.

(2) Rolling exercise: Lie upright and roll on the bed twice a day for 5 minutes each time. To avoid dizziness, do not roll too fast.

(3) Tai Chi: Tai Chi requires the waist to be the axis that drives the limbs, so that the waist always remains in a natural, comfortable and upright position. This is very effective in correcting hunchbacks.

(4) Stand naturally with your chest up and your body turned. Put your hands on your hips, lift your head and chest up, and turn your body first to the left, then to the right. Repeat 30 to 40 times. When doing this exercise, try to keep your chest up and your abdomen in, and turn vigorously.

(5) Stand naturally with the stick in hand, holding a 1-meter-long stick on your back at the shoulder blades, and at the same time, straighten your chest and turn your body 20 to 30 times.

(6) Lie on the bed in a supine position with your shoulders close to the edge of the bed and your head tilted back naturally. Stretch out your arms and shake them down 20 to 30 times.

(7) Supine Arch Bridge Lie on your back on the bed, use your head and feet as support points, arch your body like a bridge, pause for 5 to 10 seconds, and then fall down. Repeat this 10 to 20 times.
