1. Gold Cold Method

1: This is the most effective method that has been passed down since ancient times and is recognized by all. The testicles must be in low temperature to move. Just let the scrotum touch the outside air three times a day, and massage the testicles with your hands to promote blood circulation. Then, before sexual intercourse, soak the testicles in cold water for about five to ten minutes, which can exercise the testicles and improve sexual function.

2. Hot and cold method

1: This is a very old exercise method to enhance male sexual function. When using alternating hot and cold water baths, it is best to get out of the bathtub after the bathtub is fully warmed up, apply cold water to the genitals, wait for about 3 minutes, and then enter the bathtub after the penis and scrotum shrink. Repeat this 3-5 times before you finish. If you can insist on doing "alternating baths" every day, it can make middle-aged and older men energetic, enhance sexual function, and reduce fatigue. The effect of using a shower head for the "alternating hot and cold water bath" remains the same.

3. Move around more

1: Office men should pay attention to testicular exercise, exercise more, and avoid sitting for long periods of time. They should consciously get up every hour to pour a glass of water and go to the toilet. Men who often sit due to work needs should wear loose, pure cotton underwear, and never wear underwear that is too tight or too small. Office workers should exercise for at least 30 minutes every day.

2: To achieve this amount of exercise, you can adapt to local conditions, such as getting off the bus two stops earlier and walking or riding a bicycle; taking the stairs instead of the elevator; standing up and walking when there are commercials on TV. The intensity of exercise can be gradually increased. If you used to walk one stop for 15 minutes, you can gradually speed up to 10 minutes. Four: Air cooling method

1: Sleeping under a blanket is not a good sleeping condition for the testicles. As mentioned above, the best temperature for the testicles to produce sperm and male hormones is slightly lower than body temperature, so if the scrotum cannot dissipate heat well, it will affect the function of the testicles.

That is to expose the scrotum to cooler air when sleeping, so that the scrotum can be well ventilated and heat dissipated.
