Massage method:

①Use your fingertips to gently massage your abdomen from bottom to top, slowly and evenly, repeat several times.

② After rubbing your hands to warm them up, place one palm on the umbilicus, apply a little force, and rub in a circular motion with the umbilicus as the center. First rub in a clockwise direction, expanding outwards while rubbing, until it reaches the scrotum and the pubis; then rub back to the umbilicus in a counterclockwise direction from large to small. Repeat this several times.

③ You can also lie on your back, rub your palms together until they are warm, then put your hands together under the right abdomen, and rotate around the abdomen in a clockwise direction for a total of 30 circles. This direction is exactly the same as the direction of feces in the large intestine, which helps the movement of feces. This method is suitable for use when sitting on the toilet.
