What are the symptoms of lung tumor? How to treat it?

Clinically, lung tumor is actually a type of malignant tumor. Its mortality rate after canceration is extremely high. Therefore, everyone must learn more about the clinical symptoms of lung tumor.

Symptoms of lung tumor:

Symptoms caused by the primary tumor

1. Cough: This is a common early symptom.

2. Hemoptysis.

3. Breathing.

4. Chest tightness and shortness of breath.

5. Weight loss. Weight loss is a common symptom of tumor.

6. Fever. Generally, tumors can cause fever due to necrosis. Most fevers are caused by secondary pneumonia caused by the tumor, and antibiotics are not effective in treating them.

Symptoms caused by local expansion of lung cancer (tumor)

1. Chest pain.

2. Difficulty breathing.

3. Difficulty swallowing.

4. Hoarse voice.

Treatment of lung tumors:

1. Laser resection. When the lung tumor is located in the trachea or bronchus, sleeve resection is the main method. If the tumor is large and the trachea cannot be closed after resection, a skin tube can be placed in the neck to anastomose with it, and a tracheal tube is placed in the skin tube for life. Small central early lung tumors can be removed with the help of bronchoscopes, lasers, etc.

2. Radical surgery. Such as lobectomy or pneumonectomy may be the only necessary option under special circumstances. If the possibility of early tumor is considered before surgery and more lung tissue needs to be removed during surgery, a frozen pathological biopsy should be performed during surgery. After confirming that it is an early tumor, lung tissue should be preserved as much as possible.

3. Surgical treatment. The treatment of early lung tumors should be surgically performed with thoracotomy and exploratory surgery. Depending on the morphology of the lung lesions and the extent of lung involvement, the principle of resection is to preserve normal lung tissue to the maximum extent, minimize postoperative complications, and completely remove the lesions as much as possible.
