The meridian theory is an important part of traditional Chinese medicine and is closely related to human health. There are 14 meridians in the body, and if any of them is blocked, it will cause corresponding symptoms. Common symptoms of bladder obstruction : Fear of cold wind, neck discomfort, swelling and pain in the waist and back muscles; soreness of waist and knees, varicose veins, frequent urination, excessive urination; yellow urine, and prostate hypertrophy. Causes of bladder obstruction The causes of meridian blockage include external and internal factors. External factors include: pollution of the natural environment, harsh living environment, bad weather, invasion of bacteria, viruses, cold, heat, wind, humidity, etc. Compared with external factors, internal factors are more important, and external factors work through internal factors. Internal factors mainly include the following three aspects: 1.Some organs in the body are out of order. Influenced by modern people's eating and living habits, people sweat a lot when they go outdoors in summer, and turn on the air conditioner immediately when they return to the room, which immediately lowers the temperature. In summer, people keep drinking iced beer and drinks, staying up late, and not driving enough to exercise. These bad habits are also the main reasons for the disorder and imbalance of the human body's life activities. This leads to blocked meridians, illness, and sub-healthy state of the body. Especially when the internal organs are out of order, substances and energy cannot be exchanged and transformed, which naturally leads to blocked meridians, insufficient essence, and poor sleep, which is one of the important reasons for cervical spondylosis and visceral obesity. 2. Insufficient Qi and blood. If the body's Qi and blood are insufficient, the body's waste cannot be transported out, and the meridians will also be blocked. 3. The mind is wounded, and there is something wrong with the mind. The Neijing says, "If the mind is wounded, the body will surely fail." Chinese medicine says that anger hurts the liver, joy hurts the heart, thinking hurts the spleen, worry hurts the lungs, and fear hurts the kidneys. If the upper body deviates from the right path, the lower body will lose its mission. Methods to open up the bladder meridian: If this meridian is unobstructed, it will be difficult for external cold to invade, and internal toxins can be discharged in time, so what is the harm to the body? Therefore, we must open up the bladder meridian. The so-called "opening up" means to allow more qi and blood to flow into this meridian. So, who supplies energy to the bladder meridian? Mainly the kidney. The kidney and the bladder are the exterior and interior of each other. The bladder meridian is just a channel. It has no power to operate by itself. It needs the support of kidney qi to complete the functions of keeping out the cold and expelling toxins. There are actually many ways to open up the bladder meridian, such as pinching the spine, scraping, cupping, and tapping the buttocks (if the bladder meridian is blocked, tapping the buttocks will be very painful). You can also use the base of your palm to rub from the cervical spine to the coccyx. If the flesh is too thick, you can also use your elbows to rub. It should be noted that the bladder meridian on the legs is also very important. You can also use scraping, cupping, kneading, tapping, or even fisting your hands to fully stimulate it. You can also straighten your legs, bend over with your hands touching the ground, bend back and sit up, and there are many yoga movements. As long as they can stimulate the bladder meridian in the lumbar spine and the back of the thigh, they can all be used. The bladder meridian is not easy to tap on the back of the thigh, so you can use the "stretching" method, which is to press the legs forward, backward, left and right, and feel the tendons on the back being stretched. You can also use the "scraping" method, which can effectively dredge the bladder meridian. Another way is to pinch and knead the fleshy back of the thigh when you rest at work. It is actually very uncertain what method is the best for detoxification. If the scraping is smooth, the effect is best. If you don't like to have sha, but it hurts to massage the acupoints, massage is the best. If there is no sha and it doesn't hurt to massage the acupoints, cupping is the best. This depends on your personal constitution. I personally think that massage is slow and takes a long time to work, and can only relieve the symptoms in a short time. |
