Even if someone is smoking within 500 meters, you can still smell the fragrance of cigarettes from the faint smoke. Especially when you see smoking scenes in real life and in movies and TV, your desire for cigarettes will increase. If you can still hold on, the frequency of smoking addiction will gradually decrease, but the power of smoking addiction will not weaken. This is why it takes less than half a month to quit smoking. You can imagine how powerful the smoking addiction is!

Once you relapse, all your efforts will be wasted.

If you can stick to it for a month, then as long as you have confidence, you will be able to quit smoking successfully. But one thing is that the addiction to smoking will not be eradicated within two years. It is most likely to relapse after three months to one year, because you are just curious about the feeling of smoking. Once you relapse, not only will all your previous efforts be wasted, but your addiction to smoking will also be much greater than before you quit smoking. So once you quit smoking, quit it forever!
