What are the harms of frequent ejaculation to the human body?

Ejaculation is a normal physiological reaction of men. Ejaculation occurs during sexual intercourse or masturbation. Normal ejaculation is good for health. However, frequent ejaculation is not a good thing. It is not only bad for the body, but also affects sexual function. Such a situation must be taken seriously. So, what are the hazards of ejaculation to the human body? Let's take a look.

Excessive ejaculation is harmful to the body, but only semen can cause it. The semen phase is developed under the strict regulation of neuroendocrine function, the most critical of which is the influence of follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) and luteinizing hormone (LH) secreted by the anterior pituitary gland, and testosterone (T) caused by testicular interstitial cells. The sperm phase is developed in a part of the testis called the seminiferous tubule. Spermatogonia undergo a series of difficult processes such as mitosis, proliferation and differentiation, and then a reduction and disintegration, and finally produce tadpole-shaped sperm. A complete spermatogenesis cycle is estimated to take 74 days. According to research, 1 gram of testicles can produce about 10 million sperm per day.

After the sperm passes through the convoluted vas deferens, it falls evenly from the testicular response cells into the lumen, enters the straight vas deferens along with the testicular reticulum fluid secreted by the response cells, passes through the reticular tube of the testicular reticulum, and enters the epididymis through the efferent ductules from the upper back of the testicular reticulum. The sperm will spiral for 2-3 weeks in the extremely convoluted epididymis, and further pass through and erode the vas deferens. From then on, the migration of sperm is no longer caused only by the misunderstanding of the testicular reticulum fluid, but mainly due to the compression of the vas deferens muscles. After continuous ejaculation, the vas deferens expands when it is close to the prostate to form the ampulla of the vas deferens, where sperm from the appendix are temporarily stored. Today's sperm, together with the fluids secreted by the seminal vesicles and prostate, jointly form semen, of which sperm account for 5% and seminal plasma (that is, the fluid secreted by the seminal vesicles and prostate) accounts for 95%. During the sexual thank you period, with the erection of the penis, the seminal vesicles and prostate secrete increase, and the accessory testes, vas deferens and ejaculatory ducts begin to wriggle rhythmically under the control of parasympathetic nerves and deliver semen to the posterior urethra. This process is called ejaculation.

Through the above introduction, we know the harm of ejaculation to the human body. This is also something we need to pay attention to during sexual life. Normal ejaculation is good for the body. Not ejaculating or frequent ejaculation are not good for the body. We must pay great attention to this in our daily life to prevent this situation from happening.
