1. Psychological treatment: Sexual area sensory training and sexual concentration training should be given to both men and women at the same time.

2. Drug treatment

(1) Oral medication is currently the preferred treatment method.

① Yohimbe: It is a bidirectional α2-adrenaline receptor blocker that dilates the penile arteries and stimulates the central sympathetic nerves to increase sexual desire. 15-30 mg/d, divided into 3 doses, for 4-8 weeks, can be used for low libido, and the efficacy for psychological ED is 46%.

② Phentolamine: It is an adrenaline receptor blocker that can cause arterial and smooth muscle dilation and block venous reflux to cause penile erection. 40 mg/time, orally 30-60 minutes before sexual intercourse.

③ Apomorphine: It is a D2 receptor stimulant, a central and peripheral dopamine agonist, commonly used for hyperprolactinemia ED, 2-6 mg/time, sublingually. The efficacy for all types of ED is up to 60%.

④ Bromocriptine (Bromocriptine): It is also a dopaminergic active drug used to treat hyperprolactinemia ED, 2.5-7.5 mg/d.

⑤ Sildenafil (Viagra): 50-100 mg/time, taken orally 30-60 minutes before sexual intercourse. It is contraindicated to be used with nitrate-containing drugs. The average efficacy for all types of ED is about 80%.

⑥ Vardenafil (Civilda): 10-20 mg/time, taken orally 25-60 minutes before sexual intercourse. It is contraindicated to use with nitrate-containing drugs.

(2) Endocrine therapy: Androgens are effective in replacing ED caused by hypogonadism. Testosterone enanthate injections, tablets or patches, and testosterone undecanoate (Andriol) can be used.
