What is the reason for the small fleshy particles under the glans?

If a man has a problem with his reproductive organs, it will usually show up on his glans. Some men sometimes wake up in the morning and suddenly find that their glans seems to be inflamed, and they are shocked. Now many men have found that they have small meat grains under their glans, and they are not big, and the number is not large. I don’t know what to do. Let’s take a look at what to do.

Penile pearly papules may be a physiological developmental variation, and are neither a tumor nor a sexually transmitted disease. Clinically, they are white, skin-colored or light red papules that do not fuse with each other and are arranged in one or several rows along the coronal groove at the posterior edge of the glans penis. It is commonly known as "glans pearly scale". In medicine, it is named pearly penile papules.

Penile pearly rash is a benign disease. Some people may disappear after a certain period of time, while others may remain unchanged for decades. Because pearly rash is non-contagious and harms health, it does not need to be treated. However, in order to prevent the disease from getting worse, prevention and care are important. If it is caused by prepuce, treat prepuce as soon as possible; if it is caused by local secretion irritation, wash the penis and perineum frequently, change and wash underwear frequently, etc.

If patients with pearly rash require treatment, the following treatment methods can be used:

(1) Laser therapy (hospital device treatment)

The treatment of pearly rash generally uses a carbon dioxide laser with a wavelength of 10.6μm infrared light. The preparation before treatment is the same as that of electric ironing. In addition to the thermal effect, its advantages also include pressure, photochemical and electromagnetic field effects. Therefore, it has anti-inflammatory (stimulating the body to produce a stronger defense immune function), analgesic (reducing tissue edema and reducing chemical and mechanical stimulation to nerve endings) and promoting tissue repair (enhancing the synthesis and metabolism of epithelial cells, promoting epithelial hyperplasia, and accelerating wound repair), so the treatment time is short and the cure rate is high.

(2) Cryotherapy (hospital device treatment)

During treatment, choose the appropriate probe according to the condition of pearly rash. To improve the efficacy, the freeze-thaw-freeze method can be used, that is, freeze for 1 minute, warm for 3 minutes, and freeze again for 1 minute.

When you find yourself in this situation, it is not a very serious disease. Some patients can disappear on their own without treatment. However, for most patients, this phenomenon cannot disappear. However, it does not have much impact on their health. Patients can also use medication for treatment, or use the more advanced laser therapy and cryotherapy.
