Scrotal pimples, raised and itchy

Scrotal pimples, raised and itchy

I believe that everyone is familiar with foreskin and scrotum. We know that these are male reproductive organs belonging to men, and they are very important male reproductive organs. We also know that men have many andrological diseases. If the foreskin and scrotum become itchy at this time, then everyone will worry about what kind of andrological disease it is, because this symptom will also make everyone very upset. The itching is very uncomfortable, and in some cases it cannot be stopped. So what is the reason for the itching rash caused by foreskin and scrotum?

1. Allergic dermatitis

Some men will experience seasonal allergies in their private parts after wearing synthetic fiber pants, using condoms or contraceptive creams, which will cause intermittent itching and be very uncomfortable. When this happens, you should stop using the relevant items first and avoid applying them afterwards. In addition, you can use camphor ointment, skin-softening creams and other creams for external use.

2. Pubic lice

Pubic lice are one of the genital tract infections. Pubic lice use their mouthparts to penetrate the skin and suck blood physically. After the physical blood sucking is over, the mouthparts remain in the skin, so the parts are painful and itchy. During treatment, the parts are coated with the ethanol extract of the Chinese medicine Stemona tuber. Generally, it can be cured after applying the medicine for 1 week. In addition, sexual intercourse should be terminated, and underwear, sheets, and quilts should be boiled frequently.

3. Scrotal scabies

Caused by scabies infection, soybean-sized, dark red masses appear on the scrotal skin, higher than the soft skin, with a smooth surface, clear edges, and partial itching. The history of the disease can last for several months. During treatment, 5% sulfur powder cream and triamcinolone ointment can be applied to the injured area alternately, 2-4 times a day, and it can usually be cured after 7 days.

4. Tinea groin

It is commonly seen on the buttocks and the inner upper thighs, but it also often affects the male genitals. It starts as a small rash and itching, which then expands to produce annular protrusions with uneven annular or polymorphic lesions in the center, accompanied by psoriasis. When treating, do not use drugs that are too irritating. Generally, clotrimazole suppositories or Daknin ointment can be applied externally.
