What is the difference between orchitis and epididymitis?

When we were studying the physiological organs of the human body, the teacher told us that it is not good for adult men to wear jeans. Why is that? It turns out that as the age increases, the boy grows into a man. His physiological organs also mature. Because jeans are tight, they are easy to cause damage to the male reproductive organ - the testicles, affecting the normal growth of the testicles. Continuing the family line is the mission of each of us. In order to accomplish this mission, our male friends must protect their reproductive organs. However, the diseases that the testicles are prone to are orchitis and epididymitis.

Orchitis is usually caused by bacteria and viruses. The testicles themselves rarely have bacterial infections. Since the testicles have a rich supply of blood and lymph, they have a strong resistance to bacterial infections. Bacterial orchitis is mostly caused by inflammation of the adjacent epididymis, so it is also called epididymo-orchitis. Common pathogens are Staphylococcus, Streptococcus, Escherichia coli, etc. Viruses can directly invade the testicles, the most common of which is the mumps virus. This pathogen mainly invades the parotid glands of children and causes "big mouth" disease. However, this virus also likes to invade the testicles, so viral orchitis often occurs shortly after the onset of mumps.

Epididymitis often occurs in young men and is the most common inflammatory disease in the scrotum. Bacteria often spread from infected urine, prostate, posterior urethra, and seminal vesicles along the vas deferens to the epididymis. Common pathogens are E. coli and Staphylococcus. However, Mycobacterium tuberculosis, gonococci, and Chlamydia can also cause epididymitis. Treatment according to the course of treatment is the key, and to achieve this goal, scientific and standardized comprehensive treatment must be carried out; urinary tract infection is complex and changeable. During the treatment process, the pathogenic bacteria must first be scientifically quantitatively and qualitatively analyzed, and the condition and the spread of inflammation must be accurately and comprehensively judged. Only on this basis can scientific and systematic treatment be carried out.

In fact, through syndrome differentiation and treatment, the close combination of carefully selected drugs and advanced equipment, we can treat not only the surface symptoms but also the latent causes, starting from restoring and adjusting the body's immune function. Comprehensive, integrated, systematic and orderly treatment can basically solve the problem of recurrence of urinary diseases.

When facing diseases, we should use scientific methods to treat them. We should not avoid seeing doctors, which will affect our health and aggravate the condition. After discovering the disease, we should go to a regular hospital for treatment. In addition, we should pay attention to hygiene and develop good habits of cleanliness. Take a bath and change clothes frequently. Dry the quilt, pillow, etc. frequently. Avoid the growth of bacteria from various channels. Protect our bodies.
