Specific manifestations of male vesiculitis

The quality of a man's sperm directly affects the fertility of his offspring. However, many men suffer from the annoying disease of seminal vesiculitis. Seminal vesiculitis is a disease caused by bacterial infection, which directly reduces the quality of sperm and has a great impact on fertility. Seminal vesiculitis is divided into acute and chronic types, and the symptoms are also different. So, what are the specific manifestations of seminal vesiculitis?

1. Acute seminal vesiculitis

(1) Patients with bloodstream infection may experience chills, fever, body aches and lower abdominal pain. Patients with retrograde infection through the urethra may experience frequent urination, urgency, pain when urinating, and pain in the perineum and rectum.

(2) Rectal examination may reveal enlarged seminal vesicles, which are painful to touch and may have a fluctuating sensation if abscesses have formed.

2. Chronic seminal vesiculitis

(1) Hematospermia: This is often a characteristic of chronic seminal vesiculitis. The semen appears pink, dark red or brown, and a few are accompanied by old, crumbly blood clots. Hematospermia is often difficult to stop on its own and often lasts for several months. Most patients do not have pain during ejaculation.

(2) Sexual dysfunction: Most people avoid sexual intercourse due to fear of hematospermia. For a long time, people often experience decreased libido, frequent nocturnal emission, and premature ejaculation.

(3) Urinary tract symptoms: Most patients do not have obvious urinary tract irritation symptoms. Most patients complain of perineum and lower abdominal discomfort. Some patients have a burning sensation in the urethra and hematuria after ejaculation.

(4) Nervous system symptoms: Because of the fear of the impact of hematospermia on the health of oneself and one’s spouse, and the concern about the impact on fertility, the patient has a heavy mental burden and often feels dizzy and weak, which is especially obvious in patients with a long course of illness.

If you want to prevent seminal vesiculitis, you should eat more vegetarian food and drink more water, because every time you drink water, it is equivalent to a big cleansing of the body, which is very beneficial to physical health. You should eat less spicy food. If you have hemorrhoids, you must treat them as soon as possible. In addition, men must control their drinking.
