What is the treatment for scrotitis?

Many male friends will suffer from some male diseases, especially scrotitis, which is also their secret. Suffering from these diseases is generally due to poor physical constitution and infection by bacteria and fungi. During the treatment process, this disease will recur very easily and repeatedly. Many people don’t know how to treat this disease specifically? Let’s find out!

Scrotitis is often caused by pathological factors such as scrotal injury, urine extravasation, and diabetes. Among them, scrotal dampness is the main cause of various pathogens. Since most patients have scrotal dampness, the clinical treatment of scrotitis is generally to treat scrotal dampness. The pathogens are often Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and Streptococcus anaerobes.

At the beginning, it is a slightly raised erythema with clear edges, which gradually expands, has scaling, and it itches spontaneously, gradually changing from red to purple, brown or skin color. If not treated in time, the damage spreads and expands to the surrounding area, the center of the lesion gradually heals spontaneously, and develops to the surrounding area. The edges of the erythema are more inflamed, and there may be active rashes, blisters, crusts, and even erosions on them. The center heals spontaneously and forms a ring or semi-ring shape. Outside the scrotal folds, it appears as scaly patches. After healing, temporary pigmentation is left, and the itching symptoms are severe.

The skin of the penis is thin and tender. Do not use drugs that are too irritating during treatment, such as 1% clotrimazole, clematis cream, 1% econazole cream, etc. I recommend using clotrimazole. If the disease is not cured after long-term treatment, or the area is large and the disease is widespread, you can take 200 mg of Sporanox orally once a day for 5 consecutive days. Surgical treatment: After the abscess is formed, the abscess should be incised and drained. If scrotal necrosis occurs, the scrotum should be removed.

Patients with vaginitis should pay attention to their daily diet during the treatment process. They should not eat spicy or irritating foods, nor should they smoke or drink. Smoking and drinking are especially harmful to men's health. They should also pay attention to the cleanliness and hygiene of their lower body and wear loose and comfortable cotton underwear.
