What diseases can cause one-sided testicular hardness?

For men, the testicle is a very important part. After all, it is the male reproductive organ, and men need to rely on this part to continue the next generation. Therefore, if there is any problem with this part, men should pay attention to it, otherwise it will hinder the continuation of the family line. If one side of the testicle is hard, it is obviously telling everyone that there is a disease in the testicle, but what diseases can cause one side of the testicle to be hard?

1. Epididymitis: Since the epididymis is closely attached to the upper end and posterior edge of the testis, it can be divided into three parts: head, body and tail. The epididymis is about 5 meters long and is coiled to form the body and tail. The end of the tube turns sharply upward and directly continues to become the vas deferens.

2. Orchitis: Orchitis is a common inflammation of the male reproductive system, characterized by testicular pain and radiating pain in the scrotum, thigh and groin area. Testicular swelling and tenderness may also occur. If purulent, it may feel like a fluctuating pus to the touch.

3. Testicular tuberculosis: Testicular tuberculosis can be manifested as enlarged testicles, obvious pain, enlarged testicles, slightly hard and smooth texture, sometimes accompanied by thickening of the vas deferens, nodules can be felt, or beaded, etc. When combined with testicular hydrocele, the testicles can be felt to be cystic and obviously enlarged.

4. Testicular tumor: Since testicular tumor has no clinical symptoms in the early stage, most patients will ignore it. The main clinical manifestation in the early stage is painless gradual enlargement, and a lump will appear in the testicle, and the lump will continue to grow. Sometimes patients will suddenly feel pain due to bleeding and necrosis in the testicular tumor, or vascular embolism, accompanied by symptoms such as chills, fever, and redness and swelling.

Generally speaking, there are four diseases that cause one-sided testicle hardness, which male friends can learn about in the article. If male friends encounter the situation of "one-sided testicle hardness" in life, I hope everyone will not deliberately ignore it, and do not refuse treatment because of their own face, otherwise the condition will become more serious, and the consequences will be unimaginable.
