The pain of chronic prostatitis is not limited to the urethra, perineum, and testicles, but also radiates to the vicinity, with lower back pain being the most common. 4) Varicose vein varicocele: Varicose vein varicocele is a common disease in men. The incidence rate in the normal general population is about 15%, while the incidence rate in the infertile population is about 35%. Varicose vein varicocele patients often show symptoms such as insomnia, general fatigue, impotence, and pain on one side of the testicle.
