What causes testicular discomfort?

Men have one testicle on each side, with blood vessels, nerves and lymph on the surface. The testicle is connected to the lower part of the vas deferens and the epididymis, and the upper end of the testicle is connected to the epididymis. The inside of the testicle is relatively flat, and the outside is bulging. As men age, their testicles grow, and as men age, their testicles shrink. The main function of the testicle is to produce sperm. If the testicles are uncomfortable, it means that you may have a testicular disease and should be carefully examined.

Testicular feminization syndrome can cause testicular discomfort, which is one of the symptoms of patients. It is mainly due to the fact that the sex chromosomes in the body are XY type, and the sex chromatin is negative. Generally, men are positive, and the testicles secrete androgens. However, because the cells in the body cannot form a normal androgen body shape, the reproductive organs in the body cannot be masculinized. This is the nature of the substance.

Male testicular discomfort may be caused by testosterone synthesis disorder. Enzyme blocks in different parts of the male body will affect the male metabolism at different stages, causing metabolic hormone disorders and disorders in the male body, causing various abnormalities in the male reproductive organs to varying degrees. Different degrees of changes will cause male genitals to have some female appearance. Usually, it is due to the growth of the body and poor breast development.

Testicular discomfort in men may also be caused by orchitis, which is caused by bacteria. Acute orchitis in children is usually caused by the mumps virus. You can clearly see that the testicles are enlarged on one or both sides, and it hurts when you press them. The scrotal skin is also obviously red and swollen, and it feels hot to the touch. Severe orchitis can cause loss of fertility, so doctors will use antibiotics in addition to painkillers; in addition, cold compresses should be applied to the testicles. If the doctor does not treat the acute stage properly, bacterial orchitis can form an abscess or develop into chronic orchitis.

There are many diseases that can cause testicular discomfort. For example, spermatocele, varicocele, testicular trauma, testicular rupture due to external impact, excessive stretching and injury of the scrotal skin, and testicular twisting due to external force can all cause testicular discomfort. In addition, testicular tumor is a serious disease that can cause testicular discomfort.
