1. 2: Standing stretching method

Find a door frame, hold the door frames on both sides with your hands, and stretch your arms as far as possible; stand in a lunge with one foot in front and the other foot behind with your legs as straight as possible; your body is parallel to the door frame, your head is upright, and your eyes are looking straight forward; stand in this position for three minutes, then switch legs and stand in a lunge for three minutes.

3. Primary dumbbell training methods: progressive overload rule, multiple set training rule, confusion rule, and isolation training rule.

4. Intermediate dumbbell training methods: priority training rule, pyramid rule, division training rule, massive blood flow rule, super set rule, compound set rule, comprehensive training rule, period rule, static tension rule.

5. Advanced dumbbell training methods: "deception" rule, three-combination rule, giant combination rule, pre-fatigue rule, rest-pause rule, peak contraction rule.
