Sperm composition and nutritional value

Every person will produce gametes after reaching adulthood. These are unique cells that humans produce for reproduction. Under certain conditions, these gametes can fuse and transform into sperm and egg fusion, and sperm and egg fusion are the original appearance of humans. Sperm is a gamete cell unique to men. Every adult man produces a certain amount of sperm through the testicles. So what are the most abundant components in sperm?

The main components of semen are water, a small amount of carbonate and a small amount of protein. It does not contain any nutrients. Normal semen is sterile. If there is seminal vesiculitis or prostatitis, semen will carry bacteria. When semen is normal, it is neither beneficial nor harmful to consume it. It is okay as a hobby. If there is inflammation, it is better not to consume it.

What to eat to increase sperm production faster

1. Protein food and arginine food: Protein food is the key raw material for sperm production. Foods containing high protein include lean pork, pork loin, mutton, beef, lamb, chicken, duck, goose, eggs, river shrimp, bean products, etc. Arginine is an essential component for the production of sperm. When it is lacking, oligospermia can occur. Foods containing arginine include loach, carp, sea cucumber, beef tendon, bean products, lean pork, etc.

2. Supplement various vitamins: Vitamins provide raw materials for sperm, promote sperm transformation, and maintain the reproductive organs from damage. Among them, vitamin E is more closely related to the urinary system, and has many functions such as preventing reproductive organ aging, regenerating blocked vas deferens, and increasing sperm motility. Foods containing vitamin E are mostly destroyed during production and processing, so traditional Chinese medicine preparations can be taken, such as vitamin E capsules. Other vitamins are contained in our vegetables and fruits.

3. Increase the intake of various minerals, especially nutrients: human testicles, prostate gland, and sperm contain high concentrations of zinc. Long-term insufficient zinc intake may lead to low sperm count and testicular atrophy. High-zinc foods are mainly shellfish, such as dung beetles, which contain the most iron and can be eaten more.

4. Appropriately increase the intake of some foods containing estrogen: such as sheep kidney, pig kidney, dog testicles, bull whip, and chicken liver, which can promote the breakdown and improvement of spermatogonia, which is very good for sperm production.

After a certain amount of stimulation, the male's sexual organs will ejaculate a certain amount of semen from the urethra. The main components of semen are seminal plasma and sperm. Sperm is the key somatic cell. After fusing with the female's egg cell, sperm and egg fusion can be produced. After a series of growth and development, a baby can be produced. Understanding the composition of sperm is helpful for us to understand ourselves.
